Trump appeared before Judge Juan Merchan and pleaded not guilty to 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree. While he was being arraigned, his campaign team sent out a fundraiser email to his supporters promoting the T-shirt, which was priced at $47 each. The email encouraged supporters to “stand with President Trump” and quickly circulated on social media.
